Welcome!

In 2024, from April 5th to 7th, there was a unique opportunity to be part of the first Atem Festival in Austria for an entire weekend in the beautiful area of the Rax plateau.

We repeated this highly successful event in 2025, and it will continue in 2026. We would like to invite you to join us!

Bring fresh energy into your body, expand your mind, nourish your soul with connection, and experience valuable impulses for your work, your practice, or your personal relationships.

Meet like-minded people who value conscious breathing or want to learn about it, and breathe with hand-picked instructors.
Breathing instructors, health experts and healers from Europe.

They were all invited to make this festival a unique and transformative experience.
