Steffi Braunstein
Integrative Breathwork Trainer in Training under Supervision / Keep on Cooling Ice Bathing Instructor Steffi has been a member of the ATMAN Association since 2025, part of the board, and the regional contact person for Burgenland. She is significantly involved in organizing all ATMAN events, coordinates the training program, and is a co-founder of the ATMAN Women's Circle. She guides people through conscious breathing processes and combines breathwork with the power of cold. Her work is characterized by passion, clarity, and a positive inner orientation.

Integrative breathwork teacher under supervision, co-leader of the ATMAN Women's Circle, part of the Breathing Together Team, Atman board member In the association, she contributes her love for detail, aesthetics, and genuine connection. Naomi actively participates in the association as a media designer. Her aim in breathwork is to create spaces where safety, heart, and inner spaciousness can be felt.
