After a severe respiratory infection, my path led me to the Buteyko Method. For me, it was the key to finding my way back to a healthy life. Natural, gentle & practical for everyday life.

I love to accompany the breathwork with singing bowls, as the Buteyko Method is very much about letting go, and the healing sound of the singing bowl is a wonderful support for this.
