Steffi has been a member of the ATMAN Association since 2025, part of the board, and the regional contact person for Burgenland. She is significantly involved in organizing all ATMAN events, coordinates the training program, and is a co-founder of the ATMAN Women's Circle. She guides people through conscious breathing processes and combines breathwork with the power of cold. Her work is characterized by passion, clarity, and a positive inner orientation.
