Description:
In this interpersonal meditation, the mindfulness and tranquility of traditional silent meditation are brought into interaction with others. We will expand our awareness of ourselves beyond the boundaries of our skin to the world around us. In addition to pausing and relaxing, we will consciously dedicate ourselves to opening up. We will practice broadening our perception through presence and conscious breathing, fostering genuine connection. In this state, we will contemplate and interact on a philosophical theme.
