Mother and grandmother within me - being free in womanhood

Within you live the stories of your mother, your grandmother, and many women before them. Some of these experiences support and strengthen you, while others continue to influence you unconsciously and can limit you.

In this workshop, we will mindfully explore the feminine lineage from which you come. Not to dwell on the past, but to consciously and freely walk your own path in womanhood. You will explore which images of femininity, relationships, and sexuality you have inherited and what resonates with you today.

In doing so, you will honor what has sustained you and release what no longer serves you.

Through conscious breathing, mindful body awareness, and reflection, you will strengthen the power in your pelvis and the love in your heart—as a foundation for greater self-care, sensuality, and vitality.
