Description:

A guided **breath jam session** at the root of being – a vibrant interplay of inner space, encounter, and the surrounding field.

You arrive.

Perhaps calmly. Perhaps searching. Perhaps in your head.

Then you breathe.

Slowly. Coherently.

Perhaps your heart space expands.

Perhaps your inner posture straightens.

Something of your own begins to reveal itself.

Not as an idea.

Rather as a tangible form.
As a readiness for sound.

Your inner instrument –
where resonance isn't created,

but arises from within you.

And then your sound isn't alone.

It encounters a response.

Other breaths.

Voices, glances, movement.

We hold the framework.

You bring your breath.

The group becomes a space of resonance.

From here, everything begins to move:

Monologue → first sound from your body
Dialogue → response in the space between
Trialogue → polyphony under tension

Carried by the breathing chorus of the group,
a shared soundscape emerges:
Dissonance is not resolved –
but woven in.

Like a jam session.
Like a breath musical.
Guided – and simultaneously free.

The intensity grows.
Visibility increases.

And you remain.

At the climax:
When breath, dialogue, and group converge,
dialogic ecstasy can arise:
a heart-coherently grounded state of wakefulness,
in which you remain clear-headed
and simultaneously feel
how the field responds.

To conclude: free movement.

Integration. Continued resonance.

90 minutes.

A breath that holds you.

A space that plays.

And perhaps at the end you will discover:
I resonate. And now I know how that feels.

And yes – it's pretty awesome.

Not loud.

Not over the top.

But harmonious. Vibrant. Authentic.

It's a practice that resonates in everyday life – in speaking, listening, deciding, and connecting.

We look forward to seeing you.
